CALENDAR

My weekly classes are one hour long and are meant to provide a communal space for healing as well as a place for learning about basic anatomy and physiology. They are also meant to inspire people to take the movements home and explore the work on their own on a regular basis.

This class will also provide you with simple tools to use on a daily basis to help process and remove stress hormones from the body, creating a more balanced and settled nervous system overall.
